Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of YesToYou, a service operated by Apporix S.à r.l.-S ("Apporix", "we", "us"). You can contact us at contact@apporix.lu.

By accessing or using YesToYou, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

1. Scope Of The Service

YesToYou is a wedding platform that allows users to create and manage digital wedding pages and related guest-facing experiences, including RSVP workflows, timelines, contact information, venue and hotel suggestions, and related planning content.

Some product areas may evolve over time. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Who May Use Our Platform

YesToYou is primarily intended for consumers organizing weddings, but professional users such as wedding planners may also use the service.

You may use the service only if you are legally permitted to do so and provide accurate information where requested.

3. Accounts And Access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your email account and any sign-in codes used to access YesToYou.
  • You must promptly inform us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account or wedding workspace.

4. Your Content And Wedding Data

You retain responsibility for the content you submit to the platform, including wedding details, guest-related information, contact persons, messages, and RSVP-related content.

You grant Apporix the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and technically adapt that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving YesToYou.

  • You may only upload content and personal data that you are legally permitted to use.
  • You must not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that guest and contact-person data entered into the service is appropriate for your wedding communications and organization.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform where prohibited by law, or use YesToYou to send spam or abusive communications.
  • You must not submit fake RSVPs, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Third-Party Services And External Content

Certain YesToYou features depend on third-party services, such as email delivery, hosting, database services, weather information, place suggestions, route calculations, and map rendering.

The service may also contain links to third-party websites or services, such as external booking pages or navigation providers. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Availability And Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but YesToYou is provided based on availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or change features and technical requirements at any time.

8. Disclaimers

  • Information shown through the service, including weather details, route calculations, location suggestions, hotel details, and third-party linked content, may be incomplete, unavailable, or outdated.
  • Apporix does not guarantee that third-party information is accurate or that third-party services will remain available.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, YesToYou is provided "as is" and "as available".

9. Intellectual Property

The YesToYou software, branding, visual identity, and underlying platform materials remain the property of Apporix or its licensors, except for content provided by users.

10. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address misuse, security concerns, unlawful behavior, or material breaches of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain data may remain retained for limited periods as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apporix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from third-party services, unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control, or inaccurate user-submitted content.

12. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

The courts of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
